Old Nation has become one of our regular places. There are certain things we can always count on: yummy, affordable beer; delicious food (spicy feta dip, beer cheese soup, Reuben sandwich, and the blackened salmon sandwich). The service is always prompt and kind. This has become one of our family Monday night haunts due to their specials.
Just came in here for the first time last night and I was very impressed. This facility is very clean and cozy. The taproom staff is attentive, polite, and fast. Lastly the food was incredible! We had the spicy feta dip and the pretzel. Both appetizers were fresh and delicious. The beer menu is awesome and unique. I would highly recommend old nation.
Went here for husband's birthday as he loves M43 beer! Service was very good and food tasty! I had the potato soup Which was very rich with flavor! Hubby had wings and fries and said both were good but he enjoyed the beer flights the best! A bit of a hike to drive but clean and cute!
***I write this review as a non-beer drinker*** Old nation is a brewery located at the downtown curve in the small town of Williamston. It is a large venue that is open and bright with plenty of seating and parking. My dining companion is a beer connoisseur reason we selected Old Nation to visit. We stopped in for a bev and a snack and opted for the pretzel and cheese, a giant homemade root beer and a beer. Everything we had was delicious! We sat at the nice sized bar and the bartenders were great! There are plenty of TV's for game day also! Not a bad seat in the house. We will probably catch a football game there yet this season!
Amazing food, great costumer service and in a fantastic community. They also support the local school giving food to children with buzz tickets witch is like a school prize for being good.
Love old nation for the beer! Every time I go, I sit at the bar. Good food - nothing to rave about but their home made baked pretzel is really good! Their whole grain mustard and honey mustard are my favorite! I personally don't love the beer cheese but my fiance does! The service was good. Ambiance is ok. There was no music playing which always seems odd to me! B43, M43 and B43 Grapefruit are our go-tos! Thanks ON for bringing the grapefruit back! We drove out there today just to purchase!
Just down the road from where I live is one of the best little breweries you can find. Their food is delicious and bountiful. The staff is courteous and take their time with you. But the beer is everything you came for. I love this brewery. It's clean, well lit, spacious, and it's almost always spot on. The novelty of dining at a brewery is that you are in for a treat most often. From the sample flights of malted goodness to the homegrown novelty of picking up merchandise with your favorite brewery on it for bragging rights later Is a complete lure But Old Nation does something different. They put a lot of thought into their menus and deliver some great choices. I would invite you to check out their menu online. I've not been able to discern which dish or sandwich I've had is better than the other. It's that good. And for me it's M43. The smoothest beer I've ever had.
Saturday afternoon for a late lunch. While busy was able to get immediate seating. What we liked: * Dale our server was absolutely amazing. Friendly, great attitude as. Super helpful. We would go back again and again just for Dale! * The beer was cold and delicious. * The wings- loved the crispness. * the Pasties we're big. * overall fun environment and a good time. What could of been better: * Pasties we're big but needs some seasoning and mine had parts that were still doughy. Had a great time and will go back.
